These individually curated document boxes included everything participants needed to keep track of their schedules, before and during the event.
I developed the concept, designed the package and experience, sourced and collaborated with our manufacturing partner, created 3D mockups, and ran project and budget management. Made together with Christophe Laurenceau, Kylie Daniel, Jacqueline Carr, and Ian Flannery. Manufactured by the Taylor Box Company.
Impact offered their most elite clients a once in a lifetime, all-inclusive getaway to Anguilla. This experience acted as both a vacation and a networking event in an unforgettable island paradise. Capped at a hundred participants, Impact planned and provided everything the clients might need, from their tee times to their craft cocktails and professional massages.
To ensure everyone knew where they needed to be and when they needed to be there, we designed and curated boutique document boxes for each individual client. Schedules and details were provided on supple, soft-touch cardstock featuring visual elements highlighting the travertine marble and polished driftwood art found in the Viceroy Anguilla hotel.
Developed with long-term use and display in mind, we crafted each component to be durable and useful. Collateral included luxurious display boxes; personalized luggage tags, itineraries, and room keys; pre-booked plane tickets; and personal letters from the CEO. On arrival, the guests were handed guidebooks containing their room keys, maps of the island and hotel, and local activities. The design aesthetic established with these kits extended through the event itself, appearing on drink and dinner menus and event signage.
